The Opportunity We are looking for an innovative and tech-savvy AI Specialist to help improve and modernize business operations through artificial intelligence and automation tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and creating smarter ways to work. What You'll Do Research and implement AI tools and solutions across departments. Support departments with AI-driven process improvements. Create workflows, templates, automations, and reporting tools. Assist with AI-generated training materials and communications. Help improve operational efficiency through technology. Train employees on approved AI tools and best practices. What You Bring Experience using AI tools and automation platforms. Strong technology and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with reporting, spreadsheets, or process improvement preferred. Retail or grocery industry experience is a plus.
