Position Profile The Support Intern will learn, assist team members, and complete technical tasks to support, automate, and enhance development systems management. The Support Intern will be assigned a project to evaluate, improve, and automate important system or tool functions (i.e., security, server management, AWS management). The project will require the Intern to understand current implementation, research and propose improvements, and complete technical tasks that will enhance our organization's Development Support and User teams requirements. The project would benefit the Intern by learning (1) Operating Systems and networking technology, (2) AWS Infrastructure environment, (3) Automation tools, and (4) Learn and collaborate with Development Support technical experts and professionals.
