The Implementation Support Analyst provides onsite implementation support and user enablement for internal retail and wholesale technology platforms. This role travels to company locations across the North East US to ensure successful software adoption by production and retail teams through hands-on training, documentation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Expect 50% travel. How you'll make a difference: Implementation & User Support Provide onsite support to retail and production locations during software rollouts and system implementationsTrain internal teams on POS and B2B platform functionality and best practicesTroubleshoot system usage issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolutionSupport locations through system upgrades, migrations, and configuration changesConduct system adoption audits and assess user capability gapsServe as primary point of contact for field teams during implementation phases Documentation & Training Materials Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and job aids tailored to different user rolesCreate and maintain SOPs for system workflows and business processesDocument location-specific processes and best practicesBuild and maintain internal knowledge base for self-service supportUpdate documentation to reflect system changes and process improvements Reporting & Analytics Support Assist field teams with generating and interpreting operational reportsCreate standard report templates for common business needsBuild basic dashboards for location performance, inventory, sales, and compliance trackingSupport data validation and reconciliation activitiesValidate data accuracy in ERP integrations Process Improvement Identify system usage gaps and inefficiencies based on field observationsRecommend solutions to improve software adoption and workflow efficiencyDocument automation opportunities and process improvement initiativesSupport pilot programs and vendor evaluations for new toolsFacilitate feedback loops between field teams and systems leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as liaison between field operations and technical/BI teamsPartner with BI Developer on data models, reports, and testingCoordinate onboarding and system access managementCommunicate system updates and changes to field stakeholders Skills to beSuccessful:
Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree2-4 years of experience in systems support, business analysis, or implementation rolesMinimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience supporting non-technical end users and delivering trainingExperience with cannabis software - PreferredAbility to translate technical concepts into user-friendly languageExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsComfort working independently in field environmentsWillingness to travel 50% (primarily North East US)Perks & Benefits:
