Experience with project and time management, including leading initiatives, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines across multiple facilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools, with the ability to create reports, documentation, training materials, and use basic data analysis to support decisions. Collaborative team player and leader who can navigate conflict, support quality improvement efforts, and balance organizational, human, and technical needs. Ability to train and support end users, manage HCIS system functions within a specialty area, and maintain accountability while working both independently and as part of a team. Who We're Looking For Current licensure in the State of Colorado as an RN, LPN, EMT, or CNA, or certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. Required experience supporting and working within theMEDITECH
system, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and applications. Clinical information systems experience (or equivalent) implementing and supporting computerized clinical applications preferred. Experience in an acute care hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting, with the ability to translate clinical needs into system solutions. Familiarity with query tools, data reporting, and basic PC operations, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively. Experience with quality improvement (QI) and utilization review (UR) processes, including use of QI tools to support organizational initiatives.
