Job Overview:
As an AI Solutions Consultant (Tech Sales) , you'll be a trusted advisor to prospective clients—guiding them through the discovery and evaluation process of PSAI's AI-powered lead generation and sales enablement platform. You'll play a vital role in driving new business, leveraging AI-driven insights and automation to identify ideal prospects, demonstrate product value, and close high-quality deals. This is more than just a sales role—it's a chance to be part of a movement that's redefining how technology and AI reshape the future of home services marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead deals from discovery through close, engaging with executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers. Understand client infrastructure including CRMs, data pipelines, attribution models, lead flows, and marketing systems. Break down predictive modeling, lead scoring, and automation into clear, revenue-focused outcomes. Show how PSAI integrates into existing systems, visualize data flows, and demonstrate real-world performance impact. Analyze metrics like CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS to quantify opportunity and justify investment. Work with product, engineering, and data teams to scope solutions for complex environments. Use CRM and AI tools to prioritize high-value opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting. Focus on fit, long-term value, and successful implementation — not just volume.

Required Skills and Experience:
2-5 years in SaaS sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales Experience selling data platforms, AI tools, martech, or complex SaaS solutions Proven ability to run structured, multi-threaded discovery processes Strong understanding of: Predictive modeling / AI-driven systems (conceptually) CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Marketing automation & attribution APIs and data integrations Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise-level deals Experience using Salesforce (or similar) for pipeline management and forecasting Why Join Us?
