Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Consultant to join our supply chain technology implementation team. This is an entry level opportunity for a recent graduate who is interested in supply chain, warehouse operations, enterprise technology, and business process transformation . The Associate Consultant will work closely with experienced consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to implement technology solutions that support warehouse management, order fulfillment, distribution, and supply chain operations. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and production support .

Travel:

Approximately 50% travel to client locations is required. Responsibilities Work with clients and project teams to understand business processes, operational requirements, and system needs. Participate in requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation. Analyze warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, and supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with the implementation and configuration of enterprise supply chain and warehouse management solutions. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system requirements. Develop process flows, functional documentation, test scenarios, and implementation materials. Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production implementation. Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and work with technical teams to develop and validate solutions. Perform data analysis and data validation as part of implementation and testing activities. Work with client users to troubleshoot issues and support successful adoption of implemented solutions. Participate in client meetings and communicate project activities, issues, and status. Support project managers and senior consultants with project planning, tracking, and deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline . 0-1 year of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn and understand complex business and operational processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to learn new technologies, enterprise applications, and supply chain processes. Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position does not offer visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Internship, academic, or project experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or technology implementation. Exposure to databases, APIs, or software development. Experience with process mapping, business analysis, or requirements documentation. Familiarity with WMS, OMS, ERP, TMS, or other enterprise applications . Experience working on university projects involving process improvement, technology, analytics, or systems integration. Strong interest in supply chain technology and enterprise software.
