The IT Security Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining security controls to protect IDT's global IT environment. This position reports to the IT Security Manager and is part of the IT Security Team l ocated in Coralville, IA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Follow and support established cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures while assisting in the continuous improvement of security controls and operational processes. Oversee the vulnerability management process for the manufacturing environment, including workstation patching, software lifecycle management and other remediation activities. Implement and maintain endpoint privilege management and application whitelisting controls. Including policy management, and the testing and deployment of new policies. Maintain security controls, such as USB device control, secure baseline configurations, and browser extension management, ensuring compliance with established cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures. Investigate and respond to security events in accordance with documented incident response procedures, escalating issues and coordinating remediation activities as appropriate. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or similar discipline. 3 + years of IT experience with 1-3 years directly supporting a manufacturing or laboratory IT environment. With experience supporting scientific instruments such as HPLC, ESI, liquid handling, or similar. 1+ years of hands-on experience with an
EDR, EPM
system or other Cybersecurity system, such as Crowdstrike, Cyberark or similar. Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices, with the ability to follow established procedures and document activities accurately. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Prior hands-on Cybersecurity experience. The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $85K-$110K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
