What makes you a great fit: While no one candidate will embody every quality, the successful candidate will bring many of the following professional competencies and personal attributes: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, calculated fields, and visualization using Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Report Designer, Prism Analytics). Strong understanding of Finance business processes and data structures. Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), FP&A, Fixed Assets, and related functions. Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Strong qualitative and analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data appropriately. Understanding data governance principles and best practices. Professional education and experience requirements for the role include: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field. 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Report Designer, Prism Analytics, Adaptive) is a plus. Prior experience with Workday is required.
