RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Naperville, IL that is seeking a Business Continuity Lead.

Summary:

The Business Continuity Lead discovers, maps, and documents HR, payroll, benefits, and labor policies ahead of the Workday HCM implementation. Much of this exists only in practice or partially in current HCM. This individual builds the single source of truth, validates it across business units, employee categories (e.g., warehouse vs. drivers), and union groups, so implementation, testing, and cutover can rely on accurate documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Has personally owned and delivered documentation of HCM/HR business rules and process mapping
• Knowledgeable of wage/hour and leave law across multiple states; Proven experience navigating regulatory considerations; Prior experience reconciling policy differences across multiple unions and states
• Understands payroll structures and how misclassification/incorrect payment risk arises operationally
• Workday HCM implementation experience; Workday experience strongly preferred; strong comparable HCM/payroll platform experience acceptable
• Strong written communicator who can turn dense policy detail into a clear narrative for stakeholders across org.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
