- Ambulatory to join our Clinical Informatics and Data Analytics (CIDA) team.
- to large-scale projects involving ambulatory technology and workflow improvements Support testing efforts for upgrades, implementations, and system enhancements Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned ambulatory applications and workflows Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend solutions that enhance operational effectiveness What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience supporting healthcare applications, clinical systems, or healthcare technology environments Knowledge of ambulatory workflows, including provider documentation, scheduling, orders, referrals, and patient management processes Experience with application configuration, implementation, testing, and support Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
