Job Description

This position is an information technology (IT) support position that will be responsible for supporting administrative offices. Junior and Senior designations will be applied to the job title where appropriate to skill level and experience. Essential Functions - Support faculty, staff, and students in the use of information technology. Advise HutchCC staff in the use of information technology to meet institutional goals. Primary support for student services-based information systems. Manage and maintain assigned computer labs. Train HutchCC staff on the use of information technology. Support cloud, network, wireless, mobile, A/V, phone, and digital media systems.
Support of:
A/V systems, phone system, and digital media. Maintain technical equipment and infrastructure. Work and participate as a team member of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department. Assist in IT planning, implementation and monitoring. Maintain adequate system administration and support records and licensing. Oversee, develop and document new IT related initiatives. Serve actively on campus committees. Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position.
