Openings Healthcare OPEN Job Description Actual Title:
Contact Center Engineer Remote Contact Center Engineer for a contract role. This engineer will join a healthcare organization and assist with the company s deployment and update efforts to Nice InContact Studio scripts across their US sites. This individual will be a secondary telecom engineer for the work on updating and implementing Studio scripts and convert pharmacies to NICE from RingCentral.. They will receive the design changes from the project lead, but they should be able to make the changes and script within CXOne. They may also have to run user training so the employees understand the new system works. Strong prioritization, communication and project management skills are required to be successful in the role.
