At 1st Choice, our Technical Directors bridge business systems requirements from the end user to functional implementation of technical solutions. They create requirements specifications (client, user, etc.), specifications of user or market needs; identification or synthesis of technology needed to meet a user or market need.
What will you do:
At 1st Choice, our Technical Directors bridge business systems requirements from the end user to functional implementation of technical solutions. They create requirements specifications (client, user, etc.), specifications of user or market needs; identification or synthesis of technology needed to meet a user or market need.
What will you do:
- Provide strategic and operational thought leadership for new opportunities that address client needs and pain points.
- Identify and document requirements and technical scope in partnership with sales, implementation, and operations.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams.
- Support project management.
- Interact with the product owners to identify the capabilities and create detailed workflows.
- Translate the workflow orchestration to detail technical requirements for the respective product/application teams.
- Identify internal, external application owners for the development.
- Control solution development.
- 9+ years of experience solutioning and delivering large-scale enterprise programs.
- Experience in payment solutions
- System integration experience
- Strong client facing and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries.
- Public sector experienceImportant information about this role:
- You will be required to travel up to 25% of the time.
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. 1st Choice considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
