About the TeamWe are a team passionate about deploying Workday to our customers! The Workday Healthcare Consulting team is an industry focused team that ensures successful deployments by architecting, configuring, and testing the Workday solution to meet the specific needs of our customers.

About the RoleThe Professional Services Healthcare Principal / Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's HR solutions for our healthcare customers.
We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative team member to join our healthcare industry team. In this role, you will efficiently implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise. The consultant will take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.
You should have extensive experience requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, passionate about results, and able to seamlessly partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!
