Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic understanding of IT support principles. Basic understanding of help desk systems and customer support ticket management processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to non-technical users. Ability to analyze problems quickly and work effectively within a team environment.
