Each team sits within the same TriZetto Product House organization, but has its own focus and specific requirements: Product Support (Mesa, AZ) - Provide technical and functional support for enterprise healthcare software products by troubleshooting issues, analyzing application behavior, and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Key skills:

AI/Copilot tools, .NET/Java, SQL/Oracle, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, basic cloud concepts (Azure preferred), customer communication, incident management, and documentation. Location(s) New hires will be hired to Cognizant offices and/or client locations in Mesa, AZ where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
