Job Description

Job Summary The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant is responsible for leading and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will work across multiple ServiceNow modules, provide technical leadership, and support solution design, implementation, integration, and pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities Must Have Active Clearance :
TS/SCI (Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance), SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance) Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other applicable modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using established best practices while maintaining platform integrity. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools. Conduct code reviews and performance tuning activities. Ensure solutions adhere to applicable security and compliance standards. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements. Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, demonstrations, and proposal development. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration. 2+ years of experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Active TS/SCI clearance with SCIF access capability is required.
Certifications Junior:
CSA, at least one CIS certification, and CAD.
Intermediate:
CSA, at least two CIS certifications, and CAD.
Senior:
CAS, at least three CIS certifications, and CAD.
Education:
Bachelors Degree Certification:
CIS , CAD
