Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and traditional machine learning
• Hands-on experience with Python, AI tools, data analysis, or technology-enabled solutions

• Support and coordinate Equity-wide AI initiatives across the Equities Technology organization.
• Partner with business, data, and technology teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases.
• Act as a central coordination point for AI-related activities, ensuring effective communication and execution.
• Help organize, track, and manage AI initiatives from ideation through delivery.
• Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes, decision-making, and operational efficiency through AI.
• Participate in the design and development of AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate business value.
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Contribute hands-on through Python development, analysis, prototyping, and solution design where required.
• Document outcomes, recommendations, and lessons learned from AI initiatives and POCs.
• Promote responsible AI adoption aligned with enterprise standards and governance requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
