Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and traditional machine learning
- Hands-on experience with Python, AI tools, data analysis, or technology-enabled solutions
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to manage priorities, track deliverables, and drive initiatives to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good to Have Skills
- Exposure to Equities Trading or Financial Services domain
- Experience with AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot programs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI ecosystems
- Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, risk, and compliance considerations
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools Roles & Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate Equity-wide AI initiatives across the Equities Technology organization.
- Partner with business, data, and technology teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases.
- Act as a central coordination point for AI-related activities, ensuring effective communication and execution.
- Help organize, track, and manage AI initiatives from ideation through delivery.
- Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes, decision-making, and operational efficiency through AI.
- Participate in the design and development of AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate business value.
- Work closely with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Contribute hands-on through Python development, analysis, prototyping, and solution design where required.
- Document outcomes, recommendations, and lessons learned from AI initiatives and POCs.
- Promote responsible AI adoption aligned with enterprise standards and governance requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
