Core Responsibilities Application Support:

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support for Agadia s proprietary utilization management applications, including PAHub , Prompt PA, RXContinuum, and EPA. []

System Analysis & Development:

Analyze system requirements, develop technical modules, and integrate consumer interfaces directly with the PAHub platform. []

Data Modeling:

Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Microsoft technologies. []

Automation & Maintenance:

Build and maintain scheduled jobs to minimize manual technical efforts and ensure backend processes run smoothly. []

Performance Monitoring:

Watch application metrics closely to identify performance bottlenecks and find the exact root causes of technical glitches. []

Required Technical Skills Languages & Frameworks:

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework 4.0 or above.

Data & Integration:

ADO.NET, Web Services/WCF, and MS SQL Server.

Experience Level:

A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment (Healthcare IT domain experience is highly valued).

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a computer-related field
