Job Description:

IT Support / Technology Services Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) We're looking for a motivated early-career IT professional (roughly 2-4 years of experience) who is eager to grow and take ownership in a hands-on technology support role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may currently be in an L1 help desk role and wants to expand into L2/L3 responsibilities while working closely with a small, collaborative team. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day technical support across a variety of tools and systems Respond quickly to support tickets and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users Troubleshoot and resolve issues for both Windows and Mac environments (primarily Windows) Support end users across the organization, including engineers and executive leadership Assist with onboarding, account access, and productivity tools Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing Tools & Environment Microsoft Intune Jamf Exchange Okta (MFA) Jira (ticketing) Zoom and Confluence Exposure to emerging AI tools like

ChatGPT and Claude Work Details Onsite:

5 days/week in

Lower Manhattan Schedule:

Standard 9-5 (occasional planned early/late days)
