Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program analyst for a top technology and mapping-focused client. This individual will work closely with Technical Program Managers to support mapping operations, data analysis, and process optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel expertise, foundational SQL knowledge, and a passion for identifying efficiencies through automation and process improvement. This role will involve data cleansing, dashboard support, mapping-related tasks, and collaboration across operational teams to drive greater accuracy and productivity. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of their work, and are motivated by continuous improvement will be highly successful in this opportunity. Skills and Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and macros
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to read/query logic
• Strong process improvement and efficiency mindset
• High level of ownership, accountability, and motivation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Python experience
• Dashboarding or reporting experience
• AWS QuickSight experience
