Overview:
Workday leadership role with significant visibility and opportunity to build a function from the ground up. Hybrid 3x per week in
New York City Compensation:
$200-250k with flexibility for the right candidates Recently transitioned to Workday Candidates must have strong HR Systems experience, Workday preferred Highly manual processes currently that need to be consolidated Create a stakeholder-first HR technology and data strategy. Improve data quality, governance, and reporting processes. Establish scalable solutions that eliminate manual data extraction and manipulation. Simplify reporting by identifying and removing irrelevant data, ensuring stakeholders have access to meaningful insights. Partner closely with the business to build a high-performing HR technology capability. Strong experience with HR systems, reporting, analytics, and data management. Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable solutions. Experience building teams and functions from the ground up is highly desirable. Leadership Opportunity This hire is being brought in with the expectation that they will eventually build and lead a team underneath them as the function grows.
