Analyze, program, test, implement, and support IT systems and applications in a healthcare environment Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving technical problems in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and clinical needs and translate them into technical solutions Support application interfaces, reporting tools, and data workflows as assigned Document programming logic, system changes, technical procedures, and support materials Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities Help ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with organizational standards Provide ongoing support to users and assist with training or knowledge transfer when needed Contribute to project work and process improvement initiatives across IT and operational teams Perform other duties as assigned
