Job Description

The IT Technical Analyst supports day to day functions of the business such as, but not limited to, system security, database development, and customer portal security, QAD system support such as labels, security, and hardware. Provides backup support of Network Support Specialist. As the Network Support Specialist backup responsibilities include support and maintenance of PC's, all related hardware, printer hardware, networks, networking equipment, and user support. This role is responsible for multiple domains, sites and Business units within CCL Design, CCL Design Electronics and CCL Label.

As the Network Support Specialist backup responsibilities include support and maintenance of PC's, all related hardware, printer hardware, networks, networking equipment, and user support. This role is responsible for multiple domains, sites and Business units within CCL Design, CCL Design Electronics and CCL Label.
Leadership Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Install software and maintain licensing of software. Provide support and migration from Lotus Notes to SharePoint. SharePoint Serve as a SharePoint Designer/Developer/Administrator for SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 on-premises sites, pages, lists, and libraries Knowledgeable in programming languages used. (C#, .net, HTML, JavaScript, Etc.­) Develop and execute migration strategy for existing content to new sites Demonstrate subject matter expertise in SharePoint 2019 (on-premises) and SharePoint Online (cloud) environment Demonstrate subject matter expertise working with Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate/flow, Dynamics 365), Forms / Planner, and Share Gate Assist in Setup, deploy and maintain network devices for multiple locations within CCL Design. Assist in maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware including addressing security vulnerabilities. Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software related issues. Manage deployment for all updates for Windows and other software to maintain security protocol as per corporate standards. Monitoring computer systems, switches and AP's to improve network performance. Setup, maintain and deploy new images for all PCs in supported sites. Train, onboard and document all hardware and software for new hires to comply with Bill 198 Standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be knowledgeable in SharePoint Central Administration Configuration of SharePoint 2016 and higher IIS PowerShell SharePoint commands Basic knowledge of various programming languages (ASP, .net framework. C#,Java, and Visual Basic, C++, Shell, HTML, PHP, etc.,) Knowledge of SharePoint site collection and site features Excellent listening skills, attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Phone skills (ability to troubleshoot and talk users through problems over the phone) and professional demeanor Ability to perform assigned duties with limited supervisory assistance. Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills Ability to perform tasks under pressure, to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines Some travel required
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Comptia A+ Certification or Google IT Support Professional Certificate Comptia Network + or Cisco Certified CCNA Any other certifications are a plus.
