Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a WorkDay Analyst for a Direct Hire with a client in Deer Park, TX/Wickliffe, OH. The ideal candidate with extensive experience configuring Core HCM and multiple Workday modules, including integration support with
SAP S/4HANA
environments.
Salary Range:
$95K/Yearly to $115K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
WorkDay Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking, to support evolving business needs. Manage Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, and security configurations to ensure system efficiency and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve Workday production issues, partnering with vendors, integration teams, and stakeholders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and drive process improvements. Support Workday integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other third-party systems, ensuring data integrity, organizational alignment, and seamless cross-platform functionality. Participate in system testing, release management, documentation, and data governance activities while providing end-user support and guidance across manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday HCM solutions, including Core HCM and at least two additional Workday modules. Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and post go-live support, including connectivity with
SAP S/4HANA ERP
environments. Strong ability to troubleshoot cross-platform HR technology issues and partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. If you are interested in this role, then please click
