This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory alignment, and support the adoption of emerging technologies. Technology Advancement Analyst Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience serving as a Business Analyst, Functional Lead, or in a comparable role Proficiency with project management and work tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, AdaptiveWork) Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI Strong background in data analysis, process documentation, and requirements elicitation Working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Technology Advancement Analyst Skills & Requirements Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions Strong process-mapping and documentation skills (e.g., current-state and future-state workflows) Comfort working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical teams Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies Interest in emerging technologies and their application within financial services environments #IT123
