Overview GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a IT Procurement Analyst in the Chambersburg, PA area. Position Overview GDC IT Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Procurement Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the procurement of IT products and services, supporting internal sales teams with timely and accurate quoting, resolving order discrepancies, and maintaining effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accurate order processing and timely product delivery. Responsibilities Research and resolve purchase order discrepancies, pricing issues, and order-related concerns. Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop accurate and competitive quotes for customer solutions. Partner with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal departments to address procurement and service-related issues. Identify customer product requirements and coordinate the accurate execution of orders. Receive, review, and validate requests for product information, pricing, and order specifications. Monitor order status and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and proactively expedite orders when necessary. Assist sales representatives with preparing monthly and quarterly business review reports. Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding order status and procurement activities. Ensure procurement activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures and service standards. Minimum Qualifications Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. High level of attention to detail and organizational ability. Proficiency in basic business and mathematical calculations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction. Preferred Experience Experience supporting technology sales teams. Experience with procurement, purchasing, or order management systems. Experience working in a customer-facing technology environment. Knowledge of IT products, services, licensing, and vendor programs.
