Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Technical Analyst within our Information Technology (IT) Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical analysis, implementation, operational support, and maintenance across enterprise infrastructure, communications, end-user platforms, devices, and connected technologies. Works with Technology Services teams to deliver secure, reliable, standardized, and supportable solutions. Resolves routine and moderately complex issues, participates in projects, and provides practical technical support to stakeholders and service partners. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Associate degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline is preferred Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered Minimum of 1-3 years of experience supporting information technology, communications, networking, infrastructure, end-user devices, or related technology systems Entry-level or foundational industry certifications are preferred, such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, cloud, security, audiovisual, wireless, or comparable technology credentials Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to travel to company locations as required to support technology operations and end users Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
