Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Job Summary The ERP Specialist works within the Archdiocese Finance Office (Technical Services department) to keep our enterprise software running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. This hybrid role bridges the gap between technical systems and accounting, making sure our financial tools perfectly support our daily operations. In this role, you will maintain the core structure of our Infor FSM and XM platforms, manage automated workflows, and build clear reports that help our leadership make data-driven decisions. You will also collaborate across teams to support system integrations and offer friendly technical guidance to our Infor CloudSuite users.
Job Responsibilities Maintain Platform Structure:
Steer the setup and technical framework of the Infor FSM (Financials & Supply Management) and XM (Expense Management) platforms.
Reporting & Analytics:
Design, build, and maintain key financial reports and dashboards within Infor to support our leadership and team goals.
Process Automation:
Manage, troubleshoot, and improve automated processes and workflows within the Infor ecosystem.
System Integrations:
Help maintain steady, seamless data flows between Infor and our other software systems.
End-User Support:
Serve as a go-to technical resource for Infor CloudSuite, helping administrative users troubleshoot issues and learn the system.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Finance and IT teams to ensure everything aligns with Archdiocesan standards and financial guidelines.
Other Duties:
Help out with other technical or operational tasks as needed by the team.
Job Requirements Experience:
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working directly in the Infor CloudSuite environment.
Technical Skills :
Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and creating clear, comprehensive report layouts. Finance Knowledge (Highly Preferred) : A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and standard business practices.
Communication:
Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical financial teams.
Work Location:
This position is primarily on-site, though there may be an opportunity for a hybrid schedule down the road based on performance and team needs.
