Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) "The Epic Software Testing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing testing activities related to Epic applications and integrated healthcare systems. This role ensures system changes, upgrades, optimizations, and new implementations are thoroughly tested prior to production deployment. The coordinator collaborates with application analysts, operational stakeholders, testing teams, vendors, and project managers to execute testing strategies that support patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This position is the primary role responsible for: Testing Planning & Coordination, Test Management, Defect Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, and Documentation & Compliance.We are seeking:
- Experience coordinating testing efforts for enterprise systems. :
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and defect management processes.
- Experience working within healthcare environments preferred Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking platforms.
- CSM, PMP, CPHIMS, or other relevant healthcare IT certifications."

- What you will do
- + Application Support & Incident Resolution + Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required + Implementation, Upgrades & Enhancements + Perform a major role in complex software upgrade initiatives + Lead small- to medium-complexity new software installations and enhancement requests + Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department policies and procedures + Analysis, Design & Problem Solving + Act as a technology subject matter expert and clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms between and across different groups while influencing outcomes + Continually identify opportunities for functional and stability improvement in applications, and constructively challenge existing approaches when a better solution exists + Identify system optimization and enhancement opportunities and collaborate with vendors and other IT analysts to design and implement effective solutions + Anticipate and resolve system problems; proactively identify and resolve technical debt + Research issues and use independent analysis and judgment to produce solution options — including alternative solutions when necessary to address system limitations — for complex and/or controversial matters, including pros, cons, risks, benefits, costs, and unintended consequences.
- Education Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or Health Administration, Management Systems, Technology, Health Information Management, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university is required.
- Experience Qualifications
- + 7 or more years of Application Analyst experience, with a demonstrated track record of progressively responsible, directly related work. Experience with 2 major application platform upgrades or implementations preferred.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- + Competent Microsoft Office skills, including Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Licenses and Certifications
- + EPICC - EPIC Certification .

Base Pay Scale:
Generally starting at $62.75 - $83.16 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
