As an IT Risk & Security Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Information Security Department supporting risk management and compliance initiatives. Meridian, Idaho What's the Job? Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within information systems and networks. Implement and monitor risk treatment plans to mitigate identified threats effectively. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements such as NIST CSF and HIPAA Security standards. Manage the lifecycle of security policies, ensuring they are current and effectively enforced across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote security awareness and foster a culture of continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices. What's Needed? 3-4+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3+ years focused on cybersecurity-related work. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Applicable certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or equivalent are preferred. Experience with IT risk assessments, policy management, and security frameworks like NIST CSF and HIPAA. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. What's in it for me?
