Job Description

Archer & Greiner ("Archer"), PC, one of the region's leading full-service law firms, is seeking a Litigation Technology Analyst to join our E-Discovery and Data Management Solutions team in our Voorhees, NJ office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At Archer, our litigation technology specialists are valued members of the legal team, working alongside attorneys and litigation teams to support complex matters in state and federal court. This role blends traditional litigation-support responsibilities with hands-on involvement in eDiscovery technology, workflows, and defensible data management. The ideal candidate is a reliable team contributor who thrives in a structured environment, communicates clearly, and navigates modern discovery platforms with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and custodians to collect responsive data, track and reconcile productions, and maintain defensible documentation throughout the discovery lifecycle. Support eDiscovery operations, including data intake, processing, workspace setup, review organization, search execution, quality control workflows, and production preparation, in accordance with firm protocols. Prepare hearing and trial materials, manage exhibit lists, coordinate witnesses, and provide in-person or remote support to attorneys during proceedings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required. 5+ years of experience in litigation support/eDiscovery. Must have a strong grounding in traditional litigation paralegal work, including drafting, organizing, and managing case files. Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw, Reveal, or comparable platforms. Must be familiar with eDiscovery workflows, including data collection, processing, searching, review management, production preparation, and defensible documentation. Demonstrated understanding of privilege review, redaction workflows, and electronic privilege logs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must show strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism, accuracy, and composure. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Archer & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
