Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Retail Technology Quality Analyst to join a Global Retail Technology team in Lawrence, MA. This individual will support quality initiatives across Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail applications, including inventory, fulfillment, and store operations platforms. The ideal candidate has strong retail domain knowledge and understands how technology supports day-to-day store operations. This role will be responsible for executing end-to-end testing in a retail lab environment, validating software used by store associates, troubleshooting retail hardware, documenting defects, and partnering closely with product owners, scrum teams, and other testers. The team is looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset. While automation experience is a plus, the primary focus is finding someone who understands retail workflows and can effectively test the applications that support them. This position is hybrid in Lawrence, MA, with onsite expectations Tuesday through Thursday.

Compensation:

$45-50/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
