Technical Functional Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business analysis and emerging technology. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering and solution design for CCM platform initiatives, translating complex business needs into structured technical artifacts. Critically, you will champion the use of AI-powered tools and methodologies to modernize how requirements are captured, validated, and delivered — moving beyond traditional documentation practices toward intelligent, scalable approaches.
Key Responsibilities CCM Domain & Requirements Analysis:
Serve as the primary analyst for CCM platform initiatives across Quadient, and xPression. Collaborate with business teams and product owners to elicit, document, and validate requirements. Develop and maintain key analysis artifacts including: Customer Requirements Documents (CRD). Functional Requirements Documents (FRD). Mockups and wireframes for document templates. Data mapping sheets from System of Record (SOR) to standard CCM payload specifications. Analyze upstream data sources and define transformation rules to support document generation and distribution (print, email, SMS, fax). Ensure compliance with archiving standards and MetLife data store requirements.
AI-Driven Analysis & Modernization:
Leverage AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis. Design and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive analysis tasks, improve accuracy, and reduce delivery cycle time. Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to continuously improve the team's analysis and delivery practices. Promote a shift from traditional requirements methods toward intelligent, AI-assisted workflows.
Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership:
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams. Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and walkthroughs. Support UAT and system testing to validate that business requirements are met. Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in both domain knowledge and AI tooling. Required Qualifications BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Technical or Functional Analyst in a technology-driven environment. Hands-on experience with one or more CCM platforms: Quadient Inspire. Proficiency in creating Requirement documents, data mapping sheets, and document template specifications. Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, M365, Claude, or similar) to support requirements, documentation, or analysis tasks. Understanding of data flows from Systems of Record to downstream CCM payload structures. Strong SQL skills for data validation and extraction. Preferred Qualifications Experience building or configuring AI agents using tools such as GitHUB, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with
REST/SOAP API
integrations within CCM workflows. SAFe or Scrum certification. Knowledge of archiving solutions and MetLife data store standards.
Location Expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $89,900
  • $120,000 .
