Our clients include local small businesses across the Bay Area. Many are experienced professionals who are great at their work but overwhelmed by software, subscriptions, and the pace of change in AI. We assess their technology, recommend the right tools, and set everything up so it simply works. The role We're looking for a patient, practical tech professional to handle the hands-on side of our client work. Our team runs client relationships, business analysis, and training. You'll be the person who makes the recommended changes happen. This is a flexible, project-based role with room to grow as Bizzaly grows. What you'll do Set up and configure business tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, password managers, cloud storage, and backups Migrate email, files, and accounts from old systems to new ones Connect business apps so they share information (accounting, project management, scheduling, CRM) Set up AI tools and help configure simple automations Walk clients through their new setup in plain, friendly language Document what you set up so our team and clients can refer back to it Flag anything outside our scope, such as networks, servers, or hardware, so we can refer it to a partner What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or small-business technology setup Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration Strong security habits, including careful handling of client access and data Willingness to learn about new software and tools that small businesses use Patience and warmth with non-technical people. This matters as much as technical skill.
