QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken fluency required)
• Strong working knowledge of dairy management, feeding systems, and cow behavior
• Experience with TMR management, feed efficiency, or herd performance metrics
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to train and coach
• Willingness to travel regularly to client farms Ideal Candidate
• Has dairy consulting, tech service, preferably on-farm management experience
• Can earn trust with farm crews and management alike
• Willing to grow alongside a high-level consulting operation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a dairy consulting company that is looking for a bilingual Dairy Technical Services Consultant to work closely with the company's Lead Consultants and dairy farm management teams.

This role is execution-focused:

implementing KPIs, supporting on-farm training, and performing detailed technical audits that directly impact performance and profitability. This is a boots on the ground position.
