Card Job Summary As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Workday Interfaces across functional modules for our clients. You will collaborate closely with Client, HR/Finance stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams to ensure that Workday functionalities align with business requirements and enhance HR processes and operations. Duties Architect/Design/Build and maintain Workday Integrations, including but not limited to: HCM / Finance. Manage and lead large/mid-size team and contribute to successful project delivery. Collaborate with Client's Project team, HRIT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result. Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities. Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction. Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications. Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Requirements Certified in Workday Integrations with extensive experience in Payroll Integrations and customizing Workday interfaces using Studio professional with significant hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM modules. Certification or experience in any other advanced integration area are preferred. 10+ years of overall industry experience handling both implementation and AMS projects Experiences in Complex project delivery and transformation for at least two global implementations 7+ years of experience in implementing/rollout Workday HCM for large + small and medium type customer of all size. Experience of leading large/mid-size team and contributing positively to the success of the team Experience in conducting design workshops, gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday HCM solutions according to customer requirement. Knowledge of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries in APAC, Europe, and North America. Understanding of HCM touchpoints with other modules in Workday Eco System Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices. Other Skills Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations. Experience in supporting customer in their annual maintenance model. Strong analytical skills to interpret and eventually translate business requirements to system design. Thrive on simultaneously operating at multiple levels and managing multiple responsibilities. Experience on other IT systems beyond Workday like middleware tools .
