As a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, we are driven by innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Analyst to support our plant-level IT operations on 3rd shift. This role is critical in maintaining system performance, supporting manufacturing technologies, and ensuring data integrity across our facility.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, hardware, and software. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and uptime. Provide technical support for ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems. Assist in implementing new technologies and system upgrades. Support cybersecurity initiatives through monitoring and compliance with best practices. Collaborate with corporate IT and plant teams to ensure alignment with global standards. Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues. Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing. Manage service tickets and escalate complex issues as needed. Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment (often up to 50 lbs). Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles. Experience with ERP/MES systems and automation interfaces. Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
