Based on experience Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy AI & Technology Implementation Specialist to help our company identify, implement, and manage technology and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that improve our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and a working knowledge of current AI programs and technology. This individual will work with management to evaluate our existing processes, identify areas that could be improved or automated, and help select and implement AI-powered tools that can make our company more organized, efficient, and productive. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and finding better ways to get things done. Responsibilities Research and evaluate AI programs, software, and technology that could benefit the company Recommend AI tools and technology solutions based on the company's needs Assist with the selection, setup, and implementation of new AI programs Help oversee the use of AI tools after implementation Review current company processes and identify opportunities for automation or improvement Develop more efficient workflows using AI and other technology Assist employees with learning and effectively using newly implemented programs Create procedures, instructions, and documentation for new systems Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and technology-related issues Work with management to continuously identify ways technology can improve company operations Assist with other administrative and technology-related projects as needed Qualifications Strong computer and technology skills Familiarity with AI programs and AI-powered productivity tools Ability to research and learn new software and technology independently Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with employees and management to implement new processes Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following is preferred but not required: Artificial intelligence tools and platforms Workflow automation Business process improvement Microsoft Office programs Data organization and document management Software implementation Administrative or business operations Creating procedures, workflows, or training materials We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable using technology but is also able to look at the way a company currently operates and ask, "How can we use technology or AI to make this easier, faster, and more efficient?" Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply. Part-time scheduling can be negotiated based on availability. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
