We are looking for a technologically inclined college student or recent graduate to join our team as a part-time Technology Operations Intern. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys learning new software, solving technical problems, and finding better ways to complete everyday business tasks. The intern will assist with a variety of technology projects involving office IT, workflow automation, spreadsheets, artificial intelligence tools, websites, and internal applications. The position is a good opportunity for a computer science, information technology, management information systems, or related student seeking practical business experience. Responsibilities Help troubleshoot computers, printers, software, network, and other office technology. Create and improve Google Sheets, forms, formulas, and business tracking systems Assist with automating repetitive administrative processes Research and test AI tools that could improve business operations Help create or update simple internal apps and digital tools Assist with website updates and technology used for social media Organize digital files, accounts, and technical documentation Assist employees with basic software and technology questions Research potential software and recommend practical solutions Support other technology-related projects as needed Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Comfortable learning unfamiliar software and technology Strong general computer skills Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and cloud-based applications Able to troubleshoot problems independently and research possible solutions Dependable, organized, and able to communicate clearly Able to work approximately 20 hours per week in person in San Antonio Helpful but Not Required Experience with any of the following is helpful: Google Sheets, Google Forms, or Microsoft Excel Website builders or content-management systems AI tools and prompt development Workflow-automation platforms Basic programming or scripting App-building or no-code platforms Computer hardware, networking, or office IT support Social-media management tools What You Will Gain Practical experience applying technology in a real business environment Exposure to automation, AI, IT support, websites, and internal applications Opportunities to take ownership of small projects Flexible scheduling around college classes Potential for continued employment or increased responsibility based on performance
