full-time Cottonwood Healthcare is looking for an Accounting Technology Analyst to working closely with our accounting and finance teams. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, technology, systems, and process improvement . We're looking for someone who understands accounting principles but also enjoys working with software, data, reporting, and business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and ongoing integration of accounting software Help configure, test, troubleshoot, and improve accounting and financial workflows Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other departments Assist with reporting, data integrity, reconciliations, and system-related accounting processes Identify opportunities to automate and streamline accounting workflows Help document systems, processes, controls, and procedures Assist with system testing, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing optimization Serve as a resource for accounting technology and systems questions
Ideal Background:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems, Accounting, Information Systems, Finance , or a related field Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Interest or experience in ERP systems, accounting software, integrations, or financial technology Workday experience is a strong plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working across departments
