FSR Analyst Location:
Bremerton, WA Job Description Serves as FSR Analyst Work side-by-side with analysts to: Train and mentor users Troubleshoot technical issues Develop new System use cases Solve unique and challenging problems Facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring customer continued success Help map and model data integrations to an Ontology Provide direct customer support to intel analysts at MIB-Ts Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting Staff the Help Desk Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues Provide feedback to the engineering team about product
Qualifications:
Strong background in intel analysis Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations Prior experience with one or more of the following platforms: Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven or Foundry Technical background with working knowledge of the following (highly preferred): HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java Hardware, networks, and server administration Experience training analyst in a classroom and/or or field setting Strong knowledge of Excel Military/Special Operations experience is a plus
