Requisition Summary This position is responsible for monitoring mainframe batch processes and taking corrective action as required. The analyst conducts diagnostic troubleshooting, creates Incident Reports for next-level support and tracks incidents to ensure remediation and prevention of recurring events. The analyst must be a self-driven problem solver, and a great team player. This is a non-exempt position that may be asked to provide additional coverage on a different shift to include weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary. The Enterprise Command Center (ECC) also monitors the data center critical facilities infrastructure, provides video surveillance, and manages security/access to the building and computer room.
