This role will play a critical part in managing system configuration and governance, overseeing integrations, and driving platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and administer Workday, Greenhouse, and other HR systems Translate business requirements into system configurations, enhancements, and scalable solutions Identify opportunities to improve processes and system capabilities, and drive enhancements Maintain system performance, data integrity, and overall user experience Identify and manage risks associated with system changes, implementations, and upgrades Own testing, validation, and release readiness for system changes Develop and maintain documentation, including configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures Create and deliver end-user training Manage vendor relationships to support issue resolution and ongoing platform improvements

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Workday as an HRIS, including employee life cycle management and platform ownership Experience with system administration and configuration, integrations, security, and access controls Knowledge of project delivery and IT service management frameworks Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with HR and HRIS stakeholders Ability to partner closely with HR and HRIS teams to gather and document requirements

Preferred:
