Discuss initial specifications from the customer with sales, programming and electrical design. Communicate test status, findings, and potential issues to engineering, sales, programming, and other appropriate personnel. Work independently on assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative, and technical problem-solving. Review and provide technical feedback on customer documentation and technical write-ups. Test, troubleshoot, and debug electrical and software-related issues and work with engineering personnel to identify and resolve problems. Provides guidance to other support level employees.

Keep up to date with the latest products being offered by the RLWS. Keeps up to date with latest information on test lab equipment. Search out and participate, when approved, in further education, seminars, independent reading to develop skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified applicants will have at least an Associate's Degree in Electronics or related field and three (3) or more years of experience working with either electronic circuit boards and/or software testing. Excellent customer service skills including patience, phone skills, and the ability to explain technical examples Networking and Ethernet experience Experience working with WiFi, Bluetooth, and other wireless interfaces Excellent problem-solving skills Teamwork and Communication skills Technical Writing experience Able to work on daily assignments with general instructions and minimal supervision
