Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Webex Calling and enterprise telephony environments. This role will be responsible for administering and supporting voice systems, including creating stations, work groups, and call center groups, as well as leading troubleshooting efforts across telecom operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who can drive issue resolution, support end users, and help optimize call flow and voice infrastructure performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support telecom systems with a focus on Cisco Webex CallingCreate, configure, and manage stations, work groups, and call center groupsProvision users, assign devices, manage extensions, and maintain calling featuresLead troubleshooting for telecom and voice-related issues, including escalations and root cause analysisMonitor system performance and ensure reliable voice service delivery across the organizationCollaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve complex telephony issuesSupport call routing, auto attendants, hunt groups, and contact center-related configurationsDocument telecom processes, changes, and troubleshooting proceduresAssist with telecom upgrades, migrations, and ongoing system improvementsProvide technical guidance and leadership during incidents and service-impacting events
