positions total (one role is focused on REFRIGERATION...they need to have experience with Cooler, Freezer, etc) (One role is more metal design heavy so they are doing stainless steel, alumunium carts, heated trays, etc
NOTES :
Piper makes food service equipment. They do a lot of custom work with schools and universities so they will create customs equipment for kitchens, cafeterias, etc...they will also work with companies like Chipotle and they build their metals stand up coolers, grab and go coolers etc....Right now much of their business is custom but they see a huge opportunity to standardized their designs so instead of re-creating the wheel every time they will have standard products that they can sell in bulk at better price points...their customers are asking for this and its a big plan for their future. So engineers brought in would be big pieces in their standardization efforts. HM is open to non-degreed engineers but needs a BS in similar design major.

Benefits overview is attached Not flexible on PTO. I've been asked that by candidates and unfortunately that's not something we can change. (We are on most salaries a tiny bit (more for newly-created positions like this one) and other offer areas like relo and hiring bonus, etc.)
NOTES:
Lots of opportunities to impact changes the way you want to see them and make a tangible impact
