Hours:

40 per week, M-F based out of our Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA (no remote option for this position)

Ideal candidate will have a solid track record with relevant experience in: Content Creation (photo/video) Design (website/printed materials/product labels) Social Media posting (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Denim Coffee is looking for someone with experience to lead our digital marketing efforts focusing on content/design and facilitating our efforts with outside ad consultants to help share our story, increase foot traffic to our Cafes and sell our coffees and chai nationwide. This will be based out of our headquarters in Chambersburg, Pa with travel across Central Pennsylvania. This is an exciting time to join our team, we have 2 new cafes opening in the coming months, new chai product just launched, flash chill coffee in cans by end of the year alongside or existing 7 Cafe locations. The theme for this year is "prepare to launch," who's coming with us? Travel across Central PA will be a mandatory part of this role. This position will engage with all employees within our company and some outside partners as well. You will need to be comfortable facilitating projects collaborative and some times independently. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital ads in coordination with outside ad agencies Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and email newsletters Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Director of Partnerships to develop targeted B2B marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely engagement with followers. Create and customize landing pages or email templates for enhanced user experience. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, analytics, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging advertising platforms. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation, campaign strategy Demonstrated ability to develop compelling copywriting that resonates with target audiences across multiple channels. Skilled in graphic design for creating visual assets that enhance campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
