2 US Citizenship or Legal Residency Required Concordant LLC is hiring a Telephony Engineer - Project Lead to support enterprise telephony operations for a client site. On-site role; on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support required.
Responsibilities:
Administer voice, voicemail, conferencing, IVR, vectoring, and unified communications; maintain E911 accuracy Serve as project lead for telephony network improvements, including design and hardware configuration Provide advanced/engineer-level support and act as primary escalation point Coordinate with vendors on circuits and outage resolution Monitor systems for uptime and proactive issue resolution Maintain documentation and system diagrams Required Skills (2+ years each): Avaya on-premise PBX systems VoIP and unified communications platform administration SIP, RTP, QoS, dial plans, call routing, voice gateways Voice quality, call routing, carrier connectivity, and E911 troubleshooting Telecom infrastructure (voice circuits, SBCs, PSTN integration)
Preferred:
Cloud-based telephony design/migration experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
