This is a hands-on telecommunications engineering position supporting Ribbon Federal Edge deployment, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP interconnections, E-911 call routing, and PSAP connectivity. You will troubleshoot complex voice and signaling issues using Wireshark, SIP traces, packet captures, and call-flow analysis while supporting reliable emergency communications across federal voice environments. This is not a general network engineering position.
